Nassau County reported a $550,000 closed median home price in June representing a 6.0% increase over $519,000 reported by MLSLI last year.

Suffolk County reported a closed median price of $405,125, which represents an 8% increase over $375,000 reported a year ago. Queens reported a closed median home price of $600,000 representing an increase of 4.3% over $575,000 reported in June 2019.

The total number of Long Island residential inventory in June 2019 was 19,150 representing an 11.6% increase over last year.
